Jonathan Andersen, PT, DPT, OCS (Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist)
Jon graduated from Loma Linda University in 2006 with his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
Jon’s emphasis in physical therapy has been in Outpatient Orthopaedics and he became board certified
in orthopedics (OCS) in June 2008. Jon’s specializations within physical therapy include shoulder,
spine rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports performance. Jon completed his doctoral
dissertation while studying shoulder mechanics on minor league (AAA) L.A. Dodgers pitchers and catchers
at spring training in Vero Beach, Florida, prior to joining Andersen Physical Therapy. Jon is currently
a manual therapy fellow in training at Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Lyle Andersen, PT, BS, CWCE (Certified Work Capacity Evaluator)
Lyle graduated from Loma Linda University in 1969. He started his career at Memorial Hospitals Association in Modesto, California
as a Director of Physical Therapy until 1996. In 1977, he became co-owner of Andersen and Baim Physical Therapy, which later became
Andersen Physical Therapy in 2006. Lyle obtained his certification of Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE) in 1998 and, as a result, specializes in
occupational injury and prevention. He manages programs with connections to local industries. Programs include: On-Site Ergonomic
Evaluation, Pre-Work Testing, and Functional Capacity Evaluations.
James Andersen, PTA, CEAS (Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist)
James began his physical therapy career in 1987 as an Aide with Memorial Hospital.
He later attended Pacific Union College and soon thereafter obtained his Physical Therapy Assistant license in 1994.
James spent a large portion of his career in acute physical therapy with Memorial Hospital South and North,
where he focused his skills on working with neurological and orthopedic patients.
He later joined Andersen Physical Therapy in 2002 where he quickly emerged as a leader in Ergonomic and Post-Offer Pre-Employment Testing.
James is currently interested in pursuing his knowledge base in Ergonomic Physical Therapy.
Sherilyn Andersen, PT, MSPT
Sheri graduated from Andrews University in 1996 with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Sheri's professional emphasis has focused
on neurological and acute orthopedic conditions. She has completed coursework in geriatric rehab and the NDT approach to neurological
disorders. Her current interest includes hand rehabilitation, where she is working alongside Jolene Anderson, OTR/L, CHT.
Antoinette Cope, PT, BS, ICLM (Certified in Lymphedema Management)
Antoinette graduated from Fresno State University in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy.
The majority of her work history has been with Memorial Hospital specializing in acute care, skilled nursing,
and outpatient care. Antoinette joined the Andersen Physical Therapy team in 2005, and has been an asset to
the success of the facility. Antoinette has completed extensive coursework in the Leduc Method of Lymphedema
Management and is currently on the Stanford Medical list of certified lymphedema therapists. In addition to
lymphedema, she also specializes in the Edgelow approach to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
Jolene Anderson, OTR/L, CHT (Certified Hand Therapist)
Jolene earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1976.
Her professional growth parallels the growth of the field of Hand Therapy. She has been a member of the
American Society of Hand Therapists since 1979 and a Certified Hand Therapist since 1993. Through fieldwork
supervision, classroom didactic presentations and lab courses, Jolene has educated students and therapists
both here and abroad in hand therapy protocols and splinting techniques. Her enthusiasm to teach carries over
into her patient care.
Kato Panscik, OTR/L, CHT (Certified Hand Therapist)
Kato earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Pretoria, South Africa
in 1989; later she became a certified hand therapist in 2001. Kato has a wealth of experience as a staff occupational
therapist to management positions in various central valley healthcare locations. Kato is committed to providing the
highest quality of care to the residents of the central valley.
Lisa Fountain, PTA, BS
Lisa graduated from Stanislaus State University with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Studies in 1995.
She later obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant license in 1996.
Lisa specializes in hand rehabilitation and general orthopedics related to the field of physical therapy.
Additionally, Lisa is well trained and proficient in all testing related to Post-Offer Pre-Employment and Ergonomic Evaluations.
Lori Wade, PTA, BS
Lori graduated from the University of Pacific in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science.
She obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant license and has been working for Andersen Physical Therapy
alongside Jolene Anderson, OTR/L, CHT in Hand Rehabilitation. Lori has assisted in the hand clinic since 1999 and has gained a vast
knowledge base pertaining to all forms of hand rehabilitation. She is also proficient in general orthopedic rehabilitation and
Post-Offer Pre-Employment Testing.
Kathie Pardini, PT Aide, CMA
Kathie has worked within the field of Outpatient Physical Therapy for since 1997 as a physical therapy
aide. She also attended college for her Medical Assistant certificate prior to working in physical
therapy. Kathie is also D.O.T. certified as a drug screen administrator.
Miko Alcaraz, PT Aide
Miko graduated from Andon College in 2002 with a Therapuetic Health Technician certificate.
Miko has worked in outpatient physical therapy upon completion of her education. She is also D.O.T.
certified as a Drug Screen Administrator.
Shannon Catalano, PT Aide, BS
Shannon graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences in May of 2005.
During her tenure at UOP, Shannon was an NCAA Division I Athlete on the women's collegiate swimming national
team for four years. Her accomplishments include gold and silver medals at the 2003 World University
Games in South Korea. Shannon previously held the world record in the 50 Meter Butterfly with a time of 27.11 seconds.
Chris Rivera, PT Aide
Chris has attended Modesto Junior College and currently University of the Pacific in a pursuit to earn a degree in
Physical Therapy. Chris has experience working as a PT Aide in both acute and outpatient settings.
Laura Morgan, PT Aide
Laura graduated from Kaplan College in 2008 with a Therapeutic Health Technician Certificate. Laura has previously
worked as a CNA and Pharmacy technician. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the
University of Phoenix.
Danielle Handly, PT Aide
Danielle graduated with honors from Kaplan College in 2010 with a Therapeutic Health Technician Certificate. Danielle
is currently working to gain experience in order to advance her education in Physical Therapy.
